The GEARWRENCH family of torque wrenches and torque products offers the latest innovations in torque measurement. The product line includes micrometer, tire shop, beam, and electronic torque wrenches, as well as torque multipliers. The micrometer wrenches are available in both fixed-head and flex-head models, with the fixed-head line offering wrenches in 1/4" to 3/4" drives. The flex-head wrenches are available in 3/8" and 1/2" drives. The tire shop wrenches feature a rugged tire tread rubber cover on the head, designed specifically for checking wheel lug nuts, and are available in 3/8" and 1/2" drives. The electronic torque wrenches ensure a more precise fastener torque level and are available in 3/8" and 1/2" drives.
The GEARWRENCH line of torque products allows users to complete any job where accurate torque is required. The "120XP" head provides a 3° ratcheting arc to turn fasteners in narrow spaces, while the low-profile tube, 15° flex teardrop head, and flush-mounted on/off switch allow for better access in tight confines. These electronic torque wrenches digitally track torque and angle measurements, with vibrating handles, buzzers, and LCD screens alerting the user when the target torque is reached.
These torque wrenches offer three function modes: peak torque, angle, and peak angle, providing additional versatility. They feature five torque measurement units, allowing the user to choose between ft-lb, in-lb, Nm, kg-m, and kg-cm. The wrenches also have 10 available preset torque settings, enabling users to quickly access frequently repeated applications. The torque accuracy is +/-2% CW and +/-3% CCW between 20% and 100% of the wrench's capability, and the angle settings offer +/-1% of reading accuracy.
The knurled aluminum handle provides a comfortable grip, while the clearly marked midpoint promotes additional accuracy. The GEARWRENCH torque wrenches meet or exceed ASME standards and specifications, and they come with a 1-year limited warranty, with the calibration accuracy warranted for 90 days.
